Q) What kind of products do you sell?
We are operating in a range of product categories including grocery, food, and alcohol (where it is permitted).

Q) What if I need a product and I can’t find it on Baskyt?
We are continuously looking to improve our services and would welcome any feedback that would help us grow. You can always chat to our Baskytor during an order and he/she should be able to add that product to your cart.

Q) When will Baskyt expand to my area?
We’re working very hard to expand quickly! If your city is not yet covered, you can sign up for our Launch Alerts, and we’ll let you know when Baskyt becomes available in your area. Click here to enter your email and zip code and sign up for the Launch Alerts. We collect the zip code data to determine which areas want Baskyt the most

Q) Can I check the app before I place an order?

Sure, just download the app and sign up for an account you can browse to your heart’s content

Q) Does the Baskyt app include all items in a store or a streamlined selection?

Most of the items in the store are available in the app. If you don’t see something you are looking for, add a custom request with details about the item and your Baskytor will be happy to deliver it to you.

Q) What are your delivery timings?
Our Delivery Timings are: 9AM – 11 PM. We start processing orders from 9 AM and do not accept any orders after 11 PM. Any order placed after 11 PM is automatically transferred to the next day.

Q) What are the delivery charges?
Your delivery charges may vary based on your current location. However, the charges start from $7 and may reach as much as $10 per delivery.

Q) Do the delivery charges differ in different areas?
We have flat delivery charges irrespective of areas.

Q) What is the delivery time?
We provide same day delivery within 99 minutes. In case of any delays due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be notified beforehand.

Q) What payment options are available?
For now, you can pay by “Cash on Delivery” only.

Q) How can I avail my discount coupons?
Discount coupons and promo codes can be availed at the time of check out. Simply enter your coupon code at the check-out page and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your total bill.

Q) Can I change my order?
You can always change the order while making the purchase by adding / removing items from cart. However, once the order has been confirmed by our sales team you will not be able to change it.

Q) How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you are requested to immediately inform us by calling at 051-237-5015 or email us at support@raft.com.pk

Q) Can I return my order?
RAFT Bazaar aims to deliver only superior quality products to its valued customers. However, should you feel the need to return an item, you can reach out to our customer support via support@raft.com.pk
All items must be returned immediately at the time of delivery.

Q) Will I be charged for order cancellation or return? How will I be refunded?
There are no extra charges on order cancellation or return provided that you return the items at the time of delivery.

Q) How can I track my order?
You will be notified about your order status through RAFT Bazaar Application and SMS.

Q) Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, delivery on weekends is available.

Q) What happens if the order is delivered in my absence?
You will be notified in advance when your order is being dispatched. In case you are unavailable to receive the order, you will be charged an additional Rs. 50/- for order rescheduling.

Q) What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
You will be asked to provide your Name, Contact Information, Order Address, Email ID and other related information during order placement.

Your order details will automatically be saved to your Account. You can review Order history and re-order any previous order.

Q) Can I place an order without creating an account?
Guests are welcome to browse our website and mobile application however you need to register as a member to place an order.
