We are continuously looking to improve our services and would welcome any feedback that would help us grow. You can always chat to our Baskytor during an order and he/she should be able to add that product to your cart.

We’re working very hard to expand quickly! If your city is not yet covered, you can sign up for our Launch Alerts, and we’ll let you know when Baskyt becomes available in your area. Q) Can I check the app before I place an order?
Sure, just download the app and sign up for an account you can browse to your heart’s content
Q) Does the Baskyt app include all items in a store or a streamlined selection?
Most of the items in the store are available in the app. If you don’t see something you are looking for, add a custom request with details about the item and your Baskytor will be happy to deliver it to you.
Q) What are your delivery timings?
We mostly deliver round the clock – although, in some instances when no Baskytor is active during late hours, the order is automatically transferred to the next morning’s Baskytor.
Q) What are the delivery charges?
Your delivery charges may vary based on your current location. However, the charges start from $7 and may reach as much as $10 per delivery.
Q) Do the delivery charges differ in different areas?
We have flat delivery charges irrespective of areas, however, your distance from the store you’re ordering from will have an impact upon how much delivery fee is charged.
Q) What is the delivery time?
We provide same-day delivery within 45 – 60 minutes. In case of any delays due to unavoidable circumstances, your Baskytor will notify you beforehand.
Q) Can I order alcohol?
We offer alcohol delivery in select cities from a variety of retailers! If you are in the coverage area for this service, beer, wine, and spirits may be available for delivery. A $7 delivery fee may be applied to alcohol orders from select retailers. Please note that you must be 21 or older with a valid to place or receive an alcohol order. Q) Can I change my order?
You can always change the order while making the purchase by adding/removing items from cart. However, once the order has been confirmed by the Baskytor, you can always chat with him/her to add or remove products from the order or use the Baskyt App to update your order.
Q) How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel the order within 2 minutes of it being placed. To be sure, please feel free to email at email@example.com
Q) Can I return my order?
In case your order is not what you expected or has some issues, you can always return the order back to the Baskytor and e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we know. Your feedback is critical for us to keep improving our services.
Q) Will I be charged for order cancellation or return? How will I be refunded?
There are no extra charges for order cancellation. However, your refund may take 24 – 48 hours for us to process after evaluating the situation.
Q) How can I track my order?
It’s simple. You have an order tracker within your application. You can check the status and estimated order time from the Order Status tab in your menu.
Q) Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, delivery on weekends is available.
Q) What happens if the order is delivered in my absence?
The Baskytor will leave the order on your doorstep taking a picture while doing so. However, we do recommend having the order collected and placed inside the house to keep the products fresh.
Q) What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
You will be asked to signup and provide your name, address and credit card information to process the order. Please note that our payment systems are completely secure and we work with Stripe. Both of us make sure your information is safe and secure.

Guests are welcome to browse our mobile application however you need to register as a member to place an order.
